Monthly Membership Plan
$85/month for semaglutide and $95/month for tirzepatide INCLUDES the cost of your medication and shipping directly to your door.
Step 1
Answer questions about your health
Enter patient information and medical history as well as answer questions relating to your symptoms. This should only take about five or ten minutes.
Step 2
Meet with a provider via a video telemedicine visit
Based on your condition and medical history, a provider will determine if you qualify for medical weight loss therapy. If you qualify, they will reach out to you via email to set up a video telemedicine visit. Most replies will be sent within 2 hours of questionnaire submission. However, after 5pm, you may not receive your followup email until the next business day. All interactions are secure and HIPAA compliant.
Step 3
Rx delivered to your doorstep
After meeting with your provider via video telemedicine visit, if you decide to enroll in our membership plan, your semaglutide/B12 or tirzepatide/B3 and a starter kit with an app-connected scale for body weight tracking will be shipped directly to your door.
We offer 3 month, 6 month or 1 year membership plans for compounded GLP-1s at the discounted rate of $85/month for semaglutide or $95/month for tirzepatide. Once your medication has been shipped, we are unable to cancel any memberships.
Step 4
Continued membership
In order to continue to qualify for medical weight loss with GLP-1s, you must meet eligibility requirements.
If these requirements are met each month, your provider will review all of your progress and automatically ship your semaglutide/B12 or tirzepatide/B3 directly to your door.
